Everyone obsesses over nutrition, and certainly it’s important, but we can’t forget what we feed our head and heart daily rewires our biochemistry just as much as food does.

True ugliness isn’t in looks, it’s in the way someone lies, manipulates, and hurts others without remorse. These people usually behave this way because of what’s going on inside them. They're empty, they have no empathy. Many grew up feeling powerless or controlled, so now they try to control others.

Hurting someone makes them feel strong, because to them it proves they can affect that person’s emotions and state of mind.

Putting others down gives them a fake sense of being “better,” like standing on a box to look taller. Deep down, they have a very low self-esteem, so they use cruelty as a shortcut to feel important somehow.

Yes, they're miserable; that's why you should stay away from these people.
