The origins of Kingman Tours can be traced to a simple question and an ambitious goal. Is it possible to link Kingman's colorful story with a project that fosters development of a sense of community, helps transform Kingman into a destination, and fuels the historic district reniassance?
Developed through a partnership between Kingman Main Street, Talisman Magic Marketing and City of Kingman, the project was designed as an interactive, QR code-based narrated walking tour that would allow visitors to explore downtown at their own pace while learning the stories behind the buildings, the art, the people, and events that shaped this historic crossroads community. The website was designed so that this is also a vitual tour.
