Hey friends!

Weve had some technical issues (probably operator issues as well 🤪) so this is our NEW PAGE!

There is the old page which has all of Maggie’s work from her time in Tampa, but this will be for our Knoxville clients and location!

If you didn’t know, weve officially moved into our new building - 215 Center Park Dr, suite 1700 with our team to better serve our community!

Trent reached out to me having issues opening up his right lat but i noticed he’s crunched down to the left side. So while he had issues opening up and pain on the right side, i wanted to even his hips out first.

So using NKT muscle testing protocols, I found his Left low back compensating for the right. Hence why he’s crunched down to the left.

He also had a compensation between in that left hip causing it to be locked up.

Funny enough, after we balanced the hips, the pain and issue opening up with the lat went away.

Would you believe me if i said I only worked on 2 muscles 🤯

✨SECOND LOCATION✨

Surprise!!! Phoenix has a second home at FAM Tampa!

So excited to be in house for all of the FAM members and even my current clients!

Some schedule changes that will be happening:

Every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, i will be here at FAM taking appointments and walk-ins.
If you’re a current client and live closer to FAM and want to have your appointments there temporarily or permanently, let me know in advance!

So excited to be apart of the team and continuing to help the Tampa Fitness community.

September marks Phoenix’s first birthday 🥹🥳

Everyone says the first year in business is always the hardest. While it had its challenges, I wouldn’t change any of it.

So grateful for this life all of you have helped me create. I get to help people all day, and to me, nothing beats that. Thank you all for trusting me 🫶🏻

Still think your shoes don’t affect the way you walk, move, and lift?

Milly has been having a lot of discomfort with her compound lifts, mainly squatting and deadlifting. To the point she doesn’t want to do them because they feel so off ☹️

So we got to work.

The before pictures are with no bodywork and no toe spacers on. The afters are with the toe spacers and after I worked on her feet, relaxed her SI joint, low back, & neck, and activated her core. The toe spacers are just jelly dividers you put in between your toes to help train them back to their natural positioning. An upgraded version of the ones you get after a pedicure lol.

You can see in the before photos she has a hip shift and an uneven foot placement. Not perfect, but much more even in the after.

Another table transformation!

Range of motion limitations affecting your lifts? I gotchu 🙌🏻

Having good ROM allows you to train the muscle through its fully lengthened and shortened position. This allows for optimal strength and growth!

Michael first came to me with obvious ROM issues in his right arm but left as well. Regularly seeing a chiro, he wanted some more manual work to help with the ROM. You can scroll back on my page and find the immediate transformation, but this shows what time, regular maintenance work, and doing your stretching and strengthening on your own can do. What you don’t see is the differences in stiffness, pain, and strength.

It’s not all me. It’s a team effort! Just like training, building a business, recovering, whatever the case may be, if you and I believe it can happen, we’re going to make it happen 🤌🏽
