Had such an amazing weekend it deserved to be an official post. Truthfully I am so simple. I don’t always need something big or glamorous to make my heart feel so full. We did an entire girls weekend and went to the farm. Between the bull roping, corn maze, apple cider slushies, hamster wheels, hay bail swings, and the trampolines I couldn’t have asked for a better night. I love my family ❤️

I love this new instagram trend where we caption every photo. Today was the first in a minute where I had the morning to just relax by myself. I decided to take some breaths and try to let the stress go and just appreciate what I have currently. It is too easy for me to dwell on the negative and just feel so sad and sorry for myself. I wanted to just be grateful today. 💜

Move out of the way Katrina it’s my turn! No but actually - 10 years in the making and I know I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. It was cute and simple and exactly Ishmael and me. We’ll get photos done one day but honestly I’m already sick of having to text everyone lol.

Absolutely incredible - my daughter made this. Like what?? She illustrated an entire book dedicated to me being a Nanny. This took her a year to make.

She currently goes to school for animation and graphic design and to say she’s talented would be an understatement.

Dear Katrina, what a long life it has been. Yet there are so many more to come. Its hard to think that its not just you and me against the world anymore. We are our own people, starting our own lives, and creating new families. Its hard to think that were not the first people to greet each other in the morning. Now we talk to our loved ones first and our best friends second. Its hard to think that our girl time gets divided because we have a new little blessing welcomed. Its also hard to imagine a world in which you are not a part of. Please know - I love you with every fiber of my soul. But I know that I can’t keep you to myself. I know I have to share you and let your family come first. I don’t want to take over. I want your hubby and baby to be the first to greet you. But I want you to know that in the end, every day, I am thinking about you and how lucky I am you chose me to be your best friend. I love you and hope your day was fantastic. It has been a whirlwind the last few weeks. BUT Katrina finally posted the little angel so now I get to! A week ago I got to witness my best friend in the entire universe go into labor and deliver this beautiful little angel. To say I have already fallen in love with my god baby is an understatement. I love her more than words will ever express… but I wanted to take a minute and say just how proud I am of my best friend. She was AMAZING! She handled everything so beautifully and I don’t think I have ever been so proud of her. This day 3/7/25 was nothing short of an actual miracle. I love you both endlessly 🩵 (This is a healthy beautiful baby girl but Katrina’s favorite color is blue so a blue heart it is!)
