I love the taste of a burnt roll. In scotland, bakers deliberately make what they call "well fired" rolls. Here is a picture of the ham and cheese one I had for lunch on Friday. Is this peculiar to scotland or does anywhere else do the same.( no banana for scale, as I ate it first)

Am sure this is dull as you like..a colleague at work was eating their soup from a square tupperware container. I explained that this was unacceptable as soup is round and therefore needs to be served in a circular container.

So I managed to burn my thumb yesterday and whilst showing my injury at work someone commented that only people above a certain age will be able to explain HOW I did it. So, the question my fellow Dull-ards/Dull-ites/Dull-sters is 'What caused this burn? M, 51, no banana for scale unfortunately but it's about the size of a finger.
