I awoke to find this enormous spider web built overnight above my bed. Can you imagine waking and seeing this web,hanging 2 feet over your face? Incredible wtf moment for me. I am particularly fastidious about my bed. No one is allowed to sleep there but me,”Nibbles” ( my cross-eyed fat cat) and occasionally “Willow “ the polydactyl cat. I don’t particularly like spiders,but felt like the web had an uncanny resemblance to a native Indian “dream catcher.” Not wanting to disturb something that could possibly hold cosmic spiritual significance, I left it undisturbed ,sleeping underneath it for 3 weeks until one morning it mysteriously disappeared ( with spider included ) During this period of time, I remain unscathed from spider bites, and undisturbed from nightmares. Dull but true story.
