✨ Announcement Time ✨

After much consideration and due to primarily personal reasons, AJ is relocating to his hometown of Knoxville.

I am greatly appreciative of all of the support from the local community throughout the past three to four years. Covering city topics started as a way for me to use a dust-collecting-drone and push attention to my page. What I didn’t know at that time was how much I would come to enjoy reporting and chasing city projects. Cleveland is a growing city and I know that upsets many of the long-time residents and with that being said, I think it’s important for me to encourage everyone to embrace and prepare for the growth that is yet to come. With the current state of economies outside of our own, the positioning of Cleveland logistically speaking and the cost of living in Tennessee—Cleveland’s growth is not going to stop.

This page will remain up to serve as an archive of all of the posts made while I was part of the Cleveland Community.

Apple Valley Orchard Restaurant / Bakery Update (8-4-25) - Over the past week or two, the framers have worked hard to get this structure put up. I think those of you who are anticipating the opening of this new facility can offically start counting down the days until you can get all of your fresh apple fixins. I don't know about your particular interests, but I can absolutely demolish some Apple Cinnamon Slices.

July 24th, 2025 - Crews officially broke ground on what will soon be the future home of Cleveland's own Culver's Restaurant. There has been much excitement and anticipation for this project to begin so for those of you on the edge of your seats, you won't have to wait much longer.

Culvers will be located at the corner of Paul Huff Parkway and Frontage Road and offers a variety of different food and desserts.

There is a cruise-in at the Sinclair Fuel Station in Georgetown tomorrow that is owned by Greg Vital. The show runs from 9am-1:00pm and as far as I know, does not have an entry fee though I could guess that parking will be limited.

Might be a great place to drop by if you’re into cool cars.

Also, Quick Everett’s carshow is Sunday Morning in Chattanooga. Quick Everett’s Garage’s show runs from 8am and usually has an excellent variety of vehicles from garage built rides to exotics.

If you hate cars and loud noises, the Farmers on First market also runs Sunday morning from 11:00 to 2:00pm in Downtown Cleveland.
