Based on your needs we will develop an individualized plan for your environment. After booking, we will develop design concepts that create a stunning backdrop. Whimsical Gatherings' proposals can be all-inclusive of your design dreams. We can include pricing for floral arrangements, rental coordination, focal piece creation, lighting, etc. Our private studio houses many options to incorporate into your design; containers, brooches, crystals, props, furnishings, votives, fabrics, ribbons, and more. Our vase options alone include Mason jars, jelly jars, milk glass, beaded, vintage, crystal, mercury glass, mirrored, metal, crackled, wooden, and more. Big and small, tall and short, old and new, colored and clear, round and square...we have it all! Your contract proposal with Whimsical Gatherings will include professional design production, a site visit to your venue before your event, preliminary drafting or mock design workups, delivery and transportation expenses, set-up and take down of all items the day or weekend of your event, and any other necessary design coordination to make your event absolutely perfect! Our Saturday weddings have a $4,000 design minimum. Holiday weekends have a $4500 minimum. Interior design, corporate events, vow renewals, rehearsal dinners, weekday events or smaller gatherings are priced according to event details.
