It's time!! Come join us at Monroe County Airport for the largest balloon festival in East Tennessee! Live music, antique planes, exotic cars, tons of food and craft vendors, and most importantly, 10 amazing hot air balloons!!

General Admission: $15/person
VIP Admission: $125/person and includes a meal catered by LongHorn Steakhouse!
Petting Zoo: $3/person
Kids Zone wristbands: $10/person
Tethered Balloon Rides (weather permitting): $20/person

Vendors and food use tickets instead of card/cash. All tickets can be purchased at the gate and in tents around the event grounds.

Come see Tim Hoffman at this year's balloon festival! Tim and his balloon, Attack at Dawn, are often seen in the skies over Monroe County.

Attack at Dawn was built by Tim in Tellico Plains during spring of 2024 using more than 600 yards of ripstop fabric in the construction. The balloon is registered as an experimental aircraft and flown for non commercial purposes. Tim earned his pilots license in February 2025.

We're excited to be a part of Tim's journey and become one of the many stories he'll have during his ballooning career!

Each night will end with a balloon glow, as our balloons light up in time to music, creating a beautiful display.
