The son of Jim & Lori Klonaris, the visionary force behind , , , and now the multi-venue empire that is , Demi’s journey began bussing tables, learning from the best. Today, he leads a team of 300+ across all businesses.
“Event space management started as a side stream,” Demi shares. “Now, it drives our growth.” With over 2,200 catered events this year, Knoxville’s largest catering company is reshaping how the city celebrates—from nonprofit galas to weddings, corporate parties to intimate gatherings.
Demi credits his parents, his faith, and his wife Maria for the growth—and says his purpose is simple: “To honor my parents and help shape the next generation of hospitality in this city I love.”
