I don’t post many pics but I had to show this off⬇️🍕🥒

A little over 2 months ago, I cut bread and sugar out of my diet until further notice. This was because of my health and it was advised. Now, if you know me, I flippin love pizza (I mean who doesn’t) do the last few months have been extremely hard to not go to and get even just one slice. Last week, I tried a new thing: sweet potato crust pizza (the first pic) and I made barbecue chicken pizza with it. It was amazing but the sweet potato taste was a bit overpowering, not to mention it was totally falling apart so I had to resort to eating it with a fork. Today, I tried another recipe: zucchini crust pizza (rest of the pics). OH. MY. GOSH!!! It was just a plain pepperoni but IT TASTED EXACTLY LIKE PIZZA!! My parents said it was a bit too salty for them but I didn’t notice (probably cuz I’m a bit too salty too). I’m so proud of this AND ITS NO WHEAT OR SUGAR!!! I’m definitely gonna do both of these again and try some other recipes (maybe cauliflower next???) this is a bit out of character for me but I wanted to share my pizza successes!!
