Illinois Bill Alert: IL SB699

A new Illinois bill proposes a statewide Flavored To***co Ban, which would prohibit the sale of flavored to***co and alternative ni****ne products including flavored products used with electronic ci******es.

The bill also introduces penalties for violations and allows license suspensions for distributors who do not comply. Local governments could still impose even stricter rules beyond the state law.
