Sausage Queso Dip Recipe...
One of my favorites 👻

🧀 Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage (spicy or mild)

1 can Rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes with green chilies)

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped cilantro or green onions (optional)

1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Splash of milk (for thinning, if desired)

🔥 Instructions ...

Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.

Add the Rotel tomatoes (do not drain) and stir.

Cube the cream cheese and stir into the hot sausage mixture until melted.

Add shredded cheddar cheese a bit at a time, stirring until smooth.

Add herbs and spices (cilantro, garlic powder) and adjust seasoning.

If it's too thick, add a splash of milk to loosen.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced veggies!

Yarn Gnomes...

1. Prepare a piece of cardboard bent into a pyramid shape, a k**b for a nose...

Glasses for decoration, eyes bought at the Dollar Store...

A bunch of cotton can be found at home...

2. Take the yarn and wrap it around the pyramid, roll it randomly to make it faster...

3. Brush glue or decapauge on the surface of the yarn and wait for it to dry to harden the wire, this will create the yarn frame...

4. Remove the inner cardboard frame
