I love using my WHOOP MG, and have it on me everyday. Most of the time I like to wear a wrist band, but sometimes I like to keep my wrist free, especially if I have a watch on the other wrist. But most importantly, when I’m working out, the Bicep band has an even higher accuracy when lifting weights than on your wrist. The combination of it being closer to your heart and how it handles muscles that are flexing helps get that additional edge.
