💜I’m Rebecca, a full time mama to the sweetest daughter, wellness entrepreneur, and adventure seeker who’s on a mission to help free spirited souls design a life they truly love. My journey started when I realized I didn’t want to stay stuck in the 9–5 hustle missing out on precious time with my daughter and the freedom I craved deep in my soul. Now I get to help other free spirited health conscious dreamers do the same by building healthier lifestyles, creating financial freedom working online and designing a life that lights you up.

Happiest of Birthdays to Madison aka snuggle bunny! I can’t believe you are already 14 years young time flys when we’re having fun! You’re my greatest blessing, my biggest teacher, and my forever little love. Watching you grow has been the most beautiful journey one filled with laughter, lessons, and endless love. This Valentine’s Day I’m celebrating the most important relationship the one with myself. Self love is necessary. When we pour into ourselves we radiate that love into everything we do. Fill your cup, honor your journey, and choose yourself every day.
