Lazy One Pot Bone Broth Pasta- nourishing, delicious, and minimal clean up! 😌

8 oz pasta of choice
1 tbsp oil
4 tbsp butter
1/2 red onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2½ cups bone broth
½ cup milk or cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a saute pan, heat oil up on medium heat. Add minced red onion and cook for about 1 minute before adding minced garlic. Add pasta of choice followed by bone broth. Bring to a simmer and turn heat down to low/medium. Continue stirring so pasta absorbs bone broth. Cook until al dente. Turn heat all the way to low, then add in your butter, lemon juice, milk, grated parmesan, and finish with salt & pepper. Turn heat off. Serve with more grated parmesan on top and enjoy! You can also add protein on top of this, but it already has a good amount because we cooked the pasta in bone broth.
