🧾 Ingredients:
3 slices of white sandwich bread (toasted)
2 eggs (scrambled or omelet-style)
100g spicy chicken filling (shredded or minced & cooked)
Lettuce leaves
2–3 cucumber slices
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp butter (for toasting)
Salt and pepper to taste
🔥 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken Filling:
Cook shredded chicken with oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic paste, and salt
Let it thicken until it's dry and flavorful
2. Make the Eggs:
Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper
Cook in a pan to make a soft omelet or scramble
Set aside
3. Toast the Bread:
Butter all three slices of bread and lightly toast until golden
4. Assemble the Layers:
Bottom Layer:
