Meet our October Preferred Partner spotlight, Chris Bienvenu with Edge Mortgage! Chris grew up in a small town outside of Breaux Bridge, studied at ULL, and was headed to physical therapy school before a career pivot in 2004 changed everything. After years of excelling in regional sales and business development alongside his brother, Chris was introduced to the mortgage industry in 2014 and never looked back.

What keeps him going? The faces and smiles of his clients at closing. That reward has never gotten old and it never will.

Chris takes pride in being available morning or night, weekdays and weekends, making sure every client and realtor he works with feels supported every single step of the way.

Meet our Rising Star spotlight, Jeremy Broussard with District South by Real Broker! A proud Acadiana native, Jeremy spent nearly a decade leading teams at FedEx in Baton Rouge before finally taking the leap into real estate full time. But he was not starting from scratch. During those corporate years, Jeremy was quietly building a residential rental portfolio, studying the home buying and selling process, and falling deeper in love with the industry with every transaction.

What makes Jeremy stand out is the heart he brings to every client interaction. An eye for design, strong negotiation and analytic skills, patience, low pressure sales, and an infectious smile that makes the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. He hears what his clients actually want and he delivers.

When he is not working, you can find him traveling, hosting game nights, listening to books, or spending quality time with his husband Geoffrey, son Graysone, and fur baby Chloe.
