My 5 favorite new finds!!

1. Wellness Smoothies
They’re made with real fruits & veggies and don’t contain any added sugars or natural flavors - YAY! 🌱

2. Rise & Shine Nut Granola
I’m obsessed with their Chocolate Raspberry Granola (I eat it like cereal) so I have a feeling I’m about to be obsessed with this one as well 💃🏻

3. variety Snacking Seeds
When your fav seed company has an on-the-go option, it’s a no brainer!🚶‍♀️

4. Salsa
I love trying new salsa brands and she just looks soo good 🤤

5. Mayo
Trust me, I’m as surprised as you are but I’d given up on mayo until I learned Chosen Foods makes theirs with avocado oil instead of soybean oil - seriously love them for that ♥️

All of these products are made from real + simple ingredients you recognize — that’s what I’m trying to prioritize these days 🥰

Current hyper-fixation: nourishing bowls like this one 🤤🥰♥️

Spinach leaves, red quinoa, pumpkin seeds, chickpeas, orange + red bell pepper, sweet potato, jicama, broccoli, avocado, & salmon!!

I truly believe food is one of the most powerful tools for healing. Every meal is an opportunity to love your body well & with whole ingredients, dense nutrients, and real flavor, this bowl does exactly that ♥️

If you take nothing else from my page, take these muffins!! These banana + oat + choc chip muffins are seriously my favorite breakfast & dessert! 🤤🍌🍫 Bonus points because they’re refined-sugar free 🥰

Ingredients (makes 12 muffins):
• 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
• 3 tablespoons maple syrup
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 ¾ cups rolled oats
• 1 ¼ cups flour (I used whole wheat flour)
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
• ⅓ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Line a muffin tin with liners or grease lightly
3. In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla
4. Stir in the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until just combined
5. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts
6. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tins
7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
8. Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying! ♥️
