Walt Disney World is set to launch a brand-new premium service with a steep price tagโ€ฆ

Beginning October 30, 2024, Walt Disney World will roll out the Lightning Lane Premier Pass. This exclusive option, available only to guests at Disney Deluxe Resorts, Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, and select partner hotels, promises faster access to popular attractions. However, it comes with limited availability and specific purchase guidelines.

โ€ข Animal Kingdom: $129 - $199 + tax per person
โ€ข EPCOT: $169 - $249 + tax per person
โ€ข Hollywood Studios: $269 - $349 + tax per person
โ€ข Magic Kingdom: $329 - $449 + tax per person

Ranging from $129 to $449 (plus tax), the Premier Pass offers one-day access to every available Lightning Lane attraction at a single park. This option differs from the Multi and Single Passes by eliminating the need to schedule specific timesโ€”guests can enjoy attractions whenever they choose using the Lightning Lane entrance.

How to Get the Lightning Lane Premier Pass
Eligible guests can secure their Lightning Lane Premier Pass via the My Disney Experience app, up to seven days before their check-in. Pricing will vary by date and park, and the pass is available in limited quantities. Only guests staying at qualifying resorts will have access to this exclusive offer during their visit to Walt Disney World.

Once obtained, the pass allows one-time access to all Lightning Lane attractions in one park per day. With linked MagicBands, MagicBand+, or Disney MagicMobile passes, guests can skip the regular lines and enjoy their favorite rides with reduced wait times throughout the day.

-Walt Disney World will be closing parks in phases on Wednesday, October 9 due to the storm.
-Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom will close at 1:00 PM.
-Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Disney Springs will close at 2:00 PM.
-The parks will likely remain closed on Thursday, October 10, and Mickeyโ€™s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is canceled, with refunds being issued.
-Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground and Treehouse Villas will close at 11:00 AM on Wednesday and likely reopen on October 13.
-Transportation will stop after park closures on Wednesday.
-Dining cancellation policies are being waived.
