🎀 COUNTDOWN TO DISNEYLAND! 🎀

We’re getting closer, so let’s talk about 5 Disneyland facts that feel slightly illegal when you’re used to Walt Disney World:

🏰 1. Disneyland is the OG.
Walt Disney actually walked through this park. There’s a little piece of history around basically every corner.

🚶‍♀️ 2. You can park hop in about 30 seconds.
Disneyland + California Adventure are literally across the esplanade from each other. No buses. No Skyliner. No monorail. Just… walk. 😂

🏨 3. The hotels are CLOSE. Like, REALLY close.
You can stay off-property and still be closer to the parks than some Disney World resort guests are to their own bus stop. 💀

🎢 4. Some rides are completely different from their Disney World versions.
Space Mountain? Different. Pirates? Different. Small World? Different. Even the layout of the parks feels totally different.

🌮 5. Disneyland food culture is on another level.
Corn dogs, birria, seasonal treats, Jolly Holiday, Bengal Barbecue, churros everywhere… and somehow you can convince yourself you’re “just grabbing a snack” approximately 47 times a day.

And that’s exactly why I LOVE helping families plan Disneyland. It may be smaller than Walt Disney World, but that does not mean it’s less magical or that you can wing it. There are SO many little differences that can make your trip better when you know them ahead of time.

Fun fact: I have a little more Disney experience than you might think. 😉🏰

Before I was a Travel Advisor, I was a Disney Cast Member!

I started as a lifeguard at Saratoga Springs and Old Key West, moved into Concierge, and finished my time at Disney as a Front Desk Manager at Port Orleans French Quarter.

So yes, I know Disney from the guest side… but I also know it from the Cast Member side.

I was trained by Disney, and that experience is a BIG part of why I love helping families plan their Disney vacations. 💜
