A little more about me:
During my over 20 years in the travel industry, I have earned both CLIA Accredited Cruise Counselor certification (ACC) and Certified Travel Associate certification (CTA). I've also completed certifications with individual Ocean and River cruise lines, Resort, Wedding, and Honeymoon certifications for many destinations around the world. I'm a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and the Universal Specialist Program. In addition, I have attended many on-site agent educational programs and/or tours including: Disney World, Disneyland, Adventures by Disney, Disneyland Paris, Universal Orlando, Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruise Line, Princess Cruise Line, Carnival Cruise Line, Ensemble Travel Group Convention, the elite travel conference - Global Travel Marketplace (GTM), and many more.
