In Matthew 12:33-37 God gives us an amazing way to gauge the condition of our hearts. What is that gauge? It is the words that come out of our mouths.

“For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. The good person out of his good treasures brings forth good, and the evil person out of his evil treasures brings forth evil.” Matthew 12:34b-35a

God is purifying the treasures in our hearts. He is cleansing His people of the mixture of good and evil— because as we know, a little leaven, leavens the whole loaf. Or a little evil contaminates the whole heart.

As God’s children, we long to have clean hands and pure hearts. So God, in His great kindness and mercy, is purifying the hearts of His people so that there we will not be contaminated by things that compromise purity and goodness. He is inviting us to come before Him and allow our hearts to be washed from all impurities that remain in us.

One thing that I find very helpful is to pay attention to my thoughts first. What do I dwell on? Do I dwell on thankfulness? Is my mind filled with thoughts of good toward others and believing the best? Do I find beauty quicker than what has clouded beauty? Or do I obsessively dwell on negative thoughts leading to believing the worst in others and seeing what appears ugly.
We all have times that challenge our hearts and threaten to destroy the goodness and fruit that had been growing there. The enemy prays upon those going through difficult seasons. He will release little foxes to run through the pathways of our thoughts and hearts (and words) in order to ruin and rot the tender fruit growing there. Often these hard seasons begin with a loss, a heartbreak, disappointments, a trauma or merely loneliness. If we don’t properly address the situation and pain with the Lord and allow ourselves to be vulnerable with those near to us, we can find our heart’s harvest at risk.

Trauma, pain, suffering and loss can become doorways to our hearts. They can either lead us to encounter the Lord of comfort and peace which brings healing and wholeness or they can open the door to offense, isolation, vain imaginations and accusations. Remember, the enemy wants to release little foxes in the the vineyard of our hearts that will spoil the tender fruit on the vine.
“Catch us the foxes, The little foxes that spoil the vines, For our vines have tender grapes. My beloved is mine, and I am his. He feeds his flock among the lilies.” Song of Solomon 2:15-17

Our Beloved Jesus feeds us among the lilies. Lilies are summer flowers and this is where He leads those who have gone through a winter season of grief and pain. He is calling to those whose hearts have faced the barrenness of winter to come with Him into the new season of healing and warmth— the place where blossoms appear once again. He will call to you to come out of the “winter of your soul” so that your heart does not become frozen and cease to bear fruit. Come to where He feeds His flocks among the lilies— a place of summer and fruitfulness.
“The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land. The fig tree forms its early fruit; the blossoming vines spread their fragrance. Arise, come, my darling; my beautiful one, come with me." Song of Solomon 2:11-13
How are the fruit of our words and a winter season connected?

They are so closely connected and we must be aware that what our hearts experience and how we walk through those experiences (especially the hard ones), will always affect our heart’s condition. If we do not let the Lord take us to the place where we allow Him to “feed us among the lilies” then we will feed upon the pain and feel the thorns. Our thoughts will become fixated on negative things, and then we will find that as we open our mouths— thorns come forth. It may not be intentional or your desire— but undealt with pain is like an invitation for the release of those little foxes that come to spoil the tender blossoms in your life. God is not angry— He is merely inviting you to “Come yonder with Him…to feed among the lilies and allow your heart to be healed.”

This is why I watch and listen to my own thoughts— and my words. They are a gauge to measure the condition of my heart. When they become negative or obsessive about something negative, I know that I must allow my Beloved to take me through that door of hope, among the lilies, to feed me with His love, His truth, His comfort and let me sit in the garden of His bounty. It is there that fruit comes forth once again and my pain is turned into joy.

“…to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.” Isaiah 61:3

A person can only live with a spirit of heaviness for a short time before it weighs them down and begins to spoil the good fruit in their lives. If we do not allow the Lord to exchange the ashes, the mourning and the heaviness with beauty, joy and praise we will find that our hearts will be become unfruitful and thorns will appear. Soon after, our words will have thorns that bring harm and pain to others.

As we enter the last month of 2023– let us stop and go before the Lord, asking Him to take us and feed us among the lilies where we can be healed of any trauma, pain or loss that this year may have wounded our hearts with. Ask Him to wash you of every thought and every word that spoils the fruit of your life. Ask Him to forgive you for any thorns that have wounded those around you. And sit before Him and let Him feed you with His bounty that heals. Receive His comfort, His light, His warmth, His mercy, His forgiveness, His healing and His love.

Begin 2024 with a heart that is healed and words that flow like honey from your lips. If you do this, it will be a fruitful year that adorns your life with beauty, joy and praise.

Let us finish this year whole and enter the new year feeding with our Beloved among the lilies!

Awakened at 4:20 a.m. I knew there was something in store that God was about to reveal! Ain't no high like a Holy Ghost high! (Yes, I said it!)

Immediately into prayer because I knew God was raising a standard and I just wanted to hear His voice intimately this morning!

A small still voice came " You've passed the tests and withstood the trials!"

In life, every test and trial you endure, is a lesson that blesses you. It will teach you (1 John 2:27) what to do and what not to do. That is the blessing of it all. God is giving you the strength to endure at a capacity that you have not experienced before. Something is about to break and shift you into the time and space of no limitations.

Let me encourage you for a minute, God sees what has been done. He is the author and finisher of your faith.(Hebrews 12:2) He has the pen of a ready writer in His hand. Don't try to take back control when you have surrendered it all to Him. Let your hands stay open as you let go of everything you have held on to for far too long. Leave your hands open, to receive everything He has for you.

As you walk through your personal journey with Jesus, you will start to realize that as the tests come and you pass them, there will be an acceleration in the Spirit that will lead you in the way you should go. You will start taking your thoughts captive and leaving everything at His feet. You stop sipping on milk and start eating the meat.

Take the time today to self reflect on what you can do to accomplish all God has placed before you. Take the time to pray and seek Him in all things for nothing happens by happenstance. You are being prepared for the Kingdom walk God has spiritually mapped out for you. As always, write it down and make it plain. (Habakkuk 2:2)

Those that are destiny helpers are coming. These are Kingdom financiers that have been watching you overcome everything that has been sent to take you out. Trust in God's timing. Be faithful in the little for God is releasing much unto those that have gone through the fire and come out not even smelling like smoke.

In this decade of doors, there will be choices to make. You will know the difference between a good opportunity and a God door. Taking all things into consideration, your yes will be yes and your no will be no. (Matthew 5:37) Without hesitation, you will go forth and do what you couldn't do by yourself. In your inner being, you will stand, for the Kingdom of God is within you and Jesus is holding your hand.

The reality that life is but a v***r will set in and you will make haste and not waste anymore time in a place that God is moving you from. The keys to the Kingdom of God have already been placed in your hands. The aroma of Christ will envelope you as God develops you into the Man and/or Woman of God He created you to be.

Stay with your face like a flint. You will not be disgraced because the Lord is your helper. Your face like a flint will set the standard for those around you to come up higher. By the Spirit you will follow in Christ's footsteps, separate from worldly influences. This is as a reminder to be disciplined and always being loyal to God and His truth above all else.

This is the time where God pours out His Spirit on unprecedented levels. This is the time where you are coming up higher into new dimensions. This is the time where you start to surrender your plan for His will for your life. You are a peculiar people, a royal priesthood. Follow His voice and no other, taking every test and or trial as a lesson that blesses you. Keep in a place where you will forever worship Him in Spirit and Truth!

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 NIV

To those who are discouraged and battle weary, know that the Father is speaking a good word over you today! As written in His word, His plans are to bless and prosper you and never to harm you (Jeremiah 29:11).

Many have felt such fatigue and extreme weariness, however, the Lord is bringing fresh wind into your circumstances and into your lives. I sense Him highlighting the word, "Rejuvenation".

Definition of "Rejuvenation" - "the action or process of giving new energy or vigor to something." (Oxford Languages)

Many multitudes of people are going to experience a reset. You will feel lighter and less weighed down. The Lord is encouraging us to not be in despair, but rather, to hope in Him. For those who put their hope in Him will never be put to shame (Psalm 25:3). Roll those heavy burdens on to Him for He is your burden bearer.

I speak fresh hope over you today. The Lord is working on your behalf and He is declaring a good word over you! Weariness and heaviness is breaking off and new strength is arising!

"But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Isaiah 40:31 NIV

Our Heavenly Father, we pray and join together with our partners and friends for burdens lifted, hope renewed, and vision increased. We speak as a team of intercessors in the courts of Heaven today for a release of this word to go forth to the nations and to your people to do the work that it has been sent forth to do. We speak fresh hope, fresh anointings, and increased strength and resolve to come to your people and we nullify any and all plans of the evil one in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen!

The Lord began to show me clouds parting, ways and paths parting open, doors opening and things that have been closed bursting open. I see someone charting their course through their own plans and God quickly interrupts them and shifts them. I began to sit quietly and listen to hear what He wanted to say through this.

This is what He said: “I am interrupting your program, your plans, to bring and reveal Mine. It is time that you drop your own plans and pick up Mine. Many have tried to figure out My plans for them and their lives and have tried to reason them out. I say to you, don't try to reason My plans out. Don't try to figure them out. Just look, listen and follow. I am parting the ways, I am opening doors, I am interrupting you to shift you. Get ready I am interrupting you, your programs and your plans and shifting you into Mine. My plans are far greater than what you are planning. My plans will bring you peace, joy and fulfillment. My plans for you are already laid out. You just have to believe and walk into them. Today, as you believe Me, yield to Me and surrender your plans, you will shift into the plans I have for you. I am breaking delay off of your life today. I AM the Breaker and I AM breaking you free TODAY!!!!”

Many have felt like delay has held them back. Many have been feeling like they are captive and restrained. Whether it has been financial, physical or another form of attack. The Lord says to you today, “I AM the Breaker and I AM breaking you free. The chains and restraints are coming off today. This is your NEW day. SHIFT is happening for you TODAY!!!! It is up to you to believe ME. I will do it. Believe and receive today. Your Breaker is here to break open the way.”

Isaiah 55:8-9 (NKJV) “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than yours, and My thoughts higher than your thoughts.”

Micah 2:13 (NKJV) “The one who breaks open will come up before them; they will break out, pass through the gate, and go out by it; their king will pass before them, with the Lord at their head.”

Mark 11:24 ( NKJV) “Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”

Will you believe this word today for your life? Will you allow the Breaker to break through for you? Will you embrace the shift?

It starts with Believing. We must surrender and lay down our plans and agendas and allow God to interrupt us, shift us and fulfill HIS plans for us. God is doing this. He said it, He is doing it. Let's all believe this word, receive this word and move with Him. I say, “YES Lord, break Me free, break me out and break me in. Shift me Lord."

Good morning to you all! It was a 5 a.m. wake up call today! Yesterday was quite eventful to say the least.

This morning, I was reminded to stay humble through every circumstance we face. There is a difference between being humble and walking in true humility versus, walking in what we may perceive is humility in the natural.

Supernatural humility is coming upon the Body of Christ. One resource that has helped me along the way, is a book called "Humility" by Andrew Murray. I will never forget when two people within 24 hours, suggested I read this book. (this book is a resource and not to take the place of your Bible.)

I could have had a huge chip on my shoulder and taken offense by what was said; however, I took it as loving correction and read the book.

To be humble and to walk in true humility, one must stay in a place disregard to all concern for rank and privilege. The titles are being shed and in knowing that you are God's child becomes of the most importance. To live one's life in service to the least of these. To know that you are Christ's disciples. It is to accept all, at all costs and serve all and prefer all – in the name of Jesus Christ.

The other day we talked about how His grace is sufficient. Today, we are talking about true humility. Knowing that it is not by might, not by power, but by the Spirit that we accomplish the greater things in life, all for the glory of God and the expansion of His Kingdom. Keeping ourselves in a place where we put ourselves on low to keep Him on high!

Many of you are in the process of being transfigured more into the likeness of Christ. You have been putting to practice taking your thoughts captive. You have been in a place of prayer, praise and worship. You have ripped off the titles before your names and come to a place where you realize that meekness is not to be confused with weakness.

You are the chosen ones. You are the ones being sent out to change the world. You are the ones that God has seen on your face, laying prostrate before the Lord saying "Here I am Lord, send me!"

Well, I am here to encourage you, to tell you the good news! It's time! You have passed the test! You have served when no one else would. You have stood in the fire and come out unscathed. You have prayed on your watch assigned. You!!! Yes You!!! You all know who you are!

YOU ARE THE REMNANT THAT IS RISING!

My prayer was interrupted this morning by that beautiful small still voice, all I heard was this "Everything you are going through, serves the purpose I created you for. It was all for the greater work that is to be done."

God sees you! He has known you far before knitted together in your mother's womb. The pain was part of the plan. He needs you to recognize and receive that He is allowing you to taste and see that He is good. Everything that you have had to endure, was for this moment in time!

As you rise into the position to give the Heavenly deposition from above, know that God has already ruled in your favor!

Now, now is the time! You will forever go low, to put His name on High! Forever, in all you do, do it all unto the Lord and it will all come back to you, pressed down and running over!

There is a greater work to be done. Always remember, one can put a thousand to flight m, yet two can put 10,000 to flight! As you move forward to fight the good fight of faith, stay armored up, and know, that when you trust God to move on the behalf of others, He is already moving on your behalf too!

Awakened at 3:33 a.m. , prayed, grabbed my phone and had to type this out.

A small still voice, I heard, "Very soon, you will walk through the double double doors. There will be healing from every side!"

I have noticed the more I sit in His presence, the more I hear. What once used to be one, two, or three words, has now become full on sentences that provide clarity.

Two years ago, the scripture that I did a focus study on was Isaiah 22:22.

Isaiah 22:22
22 "And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open. 22 And I will place on his shoulder the key of the house of David."

In February 2024, I will be speaking at a retreat. I was led to look at the pictures of the house where the event is being held. The photo below says it all. It explained exactly what I heard this morning.

Many of you are about to walk through the double double doors of destiny. There will be healing with miracles, signs, and wonders. God is preparing you now for what is to come. The doors opening for you are God sized doors, not just good opportunities. He has gone ahead of you and made a way for all things to come together and right on time.

There is fresh new oil pouring forth from the reserves of Heaven. The anointing of the Sons of Issachar is upon you and you will know the times and seasons. This anointing will allow for you to carry His presence and glory everywhere you go. His angels stand on guard to protect you, and guide you into all Truth.

You need only to be still and know that you can Trust God with the process. Imperfectly made in His own perfected image, you are a Child of God! As He reveals the truth of who you truly are to those with eyes to see and Ears to hear, you, too, will finally look in the mirror and see His reflection looking back at you. You will know, YOU WERE BORN FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS!(Esther 4:14)

You will be used to birth forth the destiny of those around you. You will declare and decree "Who the Son sets free is free indeed!" (John 8:36) Keeping your hands to the plow, you now will know, He has always been with you. He will never leave you, nor will He forsake you!

Heaven on Earth, Now speak into existence the Kingdom of God that is within each and everyone of you! There are no more limitations! The glass ceilings are broken. What once held you captive will now be loosed as you know the conductor of the glory train has always lived inside of you!

Today while at the local Dutch Market I was standing in line waiting to pay for a piece of yellow cake with chocolate icing. The rich flavor of the cake had such a moist flavor it was begging me to eat it.

Moments later, someone behind me begins to start a conversation with me. I could tell they were looking for someone to talk with. They wanted fellowship. I began talking with them and soon after felt the atmosphere turn to joy! As I was next in line to checkout and pay for my piece of cake this person gently tapped me on the should and said, "I'll take care of that." She then spoke up louder and told the cashier something like, "I'll pay for that. Don't worry about that." I immediately felt a touch of favor today as I recognized this surprise blessing from the Lord. Often times we are believing for big blessings but we also need to take time and recognize and appreciate the small ones.

Friends, today I want to encourage you to take time and enjoy the small blessings! Believe God for the little surprises he sends your way. Many find themselves sometimes striving and feeling obligated to travel overseas or looking for God to use them in some big way when I believe God is whispering something like, "Take time and enjoy a piece of cake. Relax, and enjoy your journey!" Sometimes the answer to your situation you have been praying and believing God for is to go get a cup of coffee by visiting coffee shop and let God impart his Love he has for you by just being still. He Loves you! You are worth it! Enjoy your journey.

I was led to this post I shared last year and I felt so strongly to share it again...

A few days ago the Lord cut across my thoughts and said: "When I reposition it's always for promotion".

Some of you feel you've been pushed to the side. Some of you feel like you were headed one way and the plan unexpectedly changed. You're wondering what's next.

Repositioning isn't always because you were doing something wrong, it can simply be the timing of God. It might feel abrupt and even hurt a little...

As He moves and shifts people it's because He is setting things up!

So don't be concerned with the shifting. Surrender to Him and let him lead the steps. Sometimes He is trying to reposition us and we can be so stubborn that we can't see He is doing it for our good and the good of the kingdom plan.

He repositions for promotion- but promotion looks different in His eyes. This is not about fame, money or worldly success, and this is not about BEING IN THE LIMELIGHT but rather being UNDER THE SHADOW of the most high. Completely wrapped up in wanting to be in the centre of His will so that He can be glorified.

So if you feel a shift, even one that feels like a "being pushed out", know that with every reposition there's a promotion in the spirit waiting.

Oh Lord we surrender our plan for yours. We want to move with the wind of your spirit. We don't want to be stubborn when you're calling us deeper. This is not about us, this is all about you- lead and we will follow!
