We’re excited to share that ICT was awarded the Lorraine Branham Award at the 2025 Mirror Awards, hosted by the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

This award honors a media organization leading with inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility, both in leadership and storytelling. It’s a powerful testament to the passion and dedication our newsroom brings every single day.

Jourdan Bennett Begaye, managing editor and a proud Syracuse alum, accepted the award on behalf of ICT.

A huge thank you to everyone who believes in our work. And to our incredible team, this one’s for you.

“Connect with the right audiences, making ICT News a valuable part of public health and education campaigns focused on Native communities,” said Kevin Keefe, CEO, Kauffman and Associates.
