🥵We showed several homes this week with the A/C OFF and the inside dark plus many more at 85-90 degrees. Not only is this terrible for your interior but who would want to stay?
🏠It amazes me how little some agents instruct their clients on this. Time and time again my listings sell faster and for more because they are clean, well lit, blinds open, and COMFORTABLE when others didn't.
💸People remember experiences and feelings more than details and when those feelings are, comfortable, refreshing, light, and inviting they stay. They appreciate it more and THAT is one of the many things that leads to selling for more sooner.
