CASTING CALL!

Acaville TV is looking for a rotating cast of guest panelists and regular players to film a series of videos for Acaville TV. Videos could include a ca****la trivia contests, silly games, comedic skits, improv games, etc.

This is a PAID position. Actors will receive a stipend upfront and points based on Acaville TV’s memberships.

There’s no requirement other than availability. We are looking for all types of people.

CASTING CALL for THE JINGLE-OFF!

Acaville TV is hosting a brand-new competition show about holiday themes and songs and we are looking for participating groups/acts.

“The Jingle-Off” would last 4-5 weeks. Within each week, groups would be given a holiday theme, as well as a unique stipulation they must fulfill in their music video. Groups will have approx. 7-8 days to arrange, record (live or multi-tracked) the audio, as well as make a music video that fulfills the stipulation. Songs/videos can only be up to 90 seconds in length.

Groups would also meet regularly once every 7-8 days to film an episode of the show, where our judges will critique each video, select a weekly winner, and eliminate one group. All filming is done over Zoom/Google meet, so you do not have to travel anywhere, but you do need a decent video setup (at least a camera and a light, smartphone is okay).

The last group standing wins the competition, a prize of $500, and I will travel to your location to track and edit a 3-song EP for FREE! Plus, no matter how your group does, all of your newly recorded music will be featured during the month of December on Acaville Radio!

This is your chance to gain some notoriety for your group, record a free EP, and pocket some cold hard cash!

ANY group OR solo act can enter, so long as they are strictly a ca****la (electronic manipulators such as Ableton or loop stations ARE allowed). This includes groups as young as elementary school all the way up to professional. There is no minimum or maximum to how big a group has to be. Your group can sing any style of music, from classical choral music to pop a ca****la to vocal jazz to barbershop, etc. Eligibility will be based on audition video, pre-interview, and weekly availability.

We are looking to film this show in November/December. Filming will occur the weeks of November 3rd, November 10th, November 17th, and December 2nd with the champion crowned around December 7th.
