Mephisto Odyssey is officially responding to the recent YouTube copyright strikes involving the “Crash” and “Crash Reborn” videos.

The videos, featuring the legendary Wayne Static and Koichi Fukuda of Static-X, were temporarily removed following disputed copyright claims despite official U.S. Copyright Office registration documentation tied to the work.

Mikael Johnston has since filed a formal counter-notification and is pursuing the matter through the proper legal channels.
