Quality is key.
Another big issue most rappers and labels don't put time or money into their product. How do you expect people to like your music or watch your videos or buy your mixtape/albums if you look like you don't even give a damn yourself.
Find the illest producers and spend some money on beats(if you need help in this area I know of a few great producers), get the dopest designer on the internet(I know a few of those too), find the best recording studio(I still got ya if need help with this), create a good street team, find a good photographer, find a good music video director, hire a good manager, you need all these things to better your chances of success, you dont need to be a millionaire but you do need to make some money in order to get all this stuff done. Best line to some this part up is, You get out, what you put in.
