🚴 Last Known Activity: Seen pushing a dark green bicycle (missing a brake handle) southbound on Main Street.

🚧 Northern and Western Grant County are currently experiencing severe flash flooding. 🚧
We urge motorists to avoid travel at this time and remain aware of changing conditions due to the substantial and torrential rainfall received thus far.
The Grant County 9-1-1 center is receiving numerous calls regarding the conditions and has activated Emergency Management, the Grant County Highway Department, along with local fire departments to assist with these issues.
The Grant County Swiftwater team has been put on standby.
Due to the timing of this latest storm system, it would be advisable to contact family members living in the affected areas to check on them to make sure that they are aware of the conditions and to check their houses for flooding.

🚨Bagley and Boscobel fire departments have opened their doors for residents who need to evacuate due to flooding.
🚨 If you lose power to your home, contact your power company to report this, vs calling the Sheriffs Department. If you have a medical condition requiring power and need help, then yes please call 9-1-1 for assistance.
