🩷 Honey Mustard Chicken

🍽️ Serves: 4
🛒 Ingredients
* 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
* ½ cup honey
* ½ cup Dijon mustard
* ¼ cup yellow mustard
* 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* ½ tsp salt
* ¼ tsp black pepper
* 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for a thicker sauce)
* Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
👩🍳 Directions
1. Place the chicken into the crockpot.
2. Whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
4. Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
5. Shred or slice the chicken and stir into the sauce.
6. For a thicker sauce, stir in the cornstarch slurry during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
7. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
