* 1 packet au jus gravy mix
* 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* ½ tsp black pepper
* Hoagie rolls, for serving
* Provolone cheese, optional
