This is GM CEO Mary Barra announcing today that the Lansing region will be home to GM’s new $2.6 billion dollar electric vehicle battery plant creating up to 1,700 new jobs. A lot of people came together to make this happen, most notably Bob Trezise and the team at The Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP). This is yet another reason why Harvest, along with many other regional corporations, municipalities and individuals, continue to support LEAP. As a past chair and current board member, we can say that this is the best investment a business can make in the future of our region. A tremendous win!

Most credit unions contract with auto dealers to originate loans at the point of sale to make it convenient for the consumer. Afterward, most consumers forget they even have the account - which means they never realize the full benefits of being a member. LAFCU Credit Union asked us to address this dilemma and help them find a way to bring indirect lending customers back for more great products and services. We did just that by launching the new digital, TV, outdoor and radio campaign, “Don’t Forget.”
