Since DIY is closing its doors, I will be going back to selling my stickers and things online and at the occasional markets.
At the moment, I am not sure which source I will be using for online sales (It will likely NOT be Etsy). I will likely starting a Ko-Fi account or something of the like.
If I have any art/craft friends who want to weigh in or help me set up things, I welcome any time you can donate to me and would be forever thankful.
I will be heading to DIY to take down my area on the 27th of March 2026. I do need to reduce my stock as much as possible before then (I have been using that space as storage as well as I do not have the space for all my items in my studio). I have already reduced many of my stickers to the "last chance" section, where my retired designs live, and adjusted many of my other items.
If you see this post and go over there before DIY closes, mention that Manix, himself, told you that all of his stickers are buy one get one until further notice, this goes for the $11-Mr.E sticker packs as well. Each of those packs contain at least $20 in stickers.
I look forward to seeing what my DIY family have next in store and will see all of you in the future! Have fun and exist even if out of spite.

Greetings DIYCats!
Earlier in the year we announced in a video we would be pursuing going Non-Profit
We are still doing that, however, due to family medical needs and the huge amount of work necessary to change our whole system to intentionally non-profit (as opposed to by accident, ha ha), we are going to be closing our doors soon.
This business exploded in ways we never could have hoped for or anticipated. While it has always paid its bills, it has not always paid us. High rent overhead for a Main Street shop selling $3lb scrap fabric was never a recipe for making a lot of money.
This was always a Labor of Love: and the outpouring of love we have received the last three years has been remarkable. From handing out our first flyers at Concord Arts Market, to opening our doors here on Main Street - it has been Lucky Break after Lucky Break and we have always been thankful for it.
But luck can only get you so far. A few people on our team are having "Attacks of Life", on top of bad sales months, means that taking on the Extra Workload of completely restructuring the business has become too much for us.
Our plan right now is to close our doors at the end of May and to stop taking donations April 18th. We will then regroup and rest and make plans for the New Incarnation of DIY Craft and Thrift. We hope you will follow us where ever that will lead. We know this is a needed resource and we want to be able to provide it - but family and health come first.
With love,
The DIYCAT family 💛
