Las Vegas Aviators Clinch Pacific Coast League Championship

The Las Vegas Aviators Baseball Team is officially the 2025 Pacific Coast League Champions and will now advance to the Triple-A National Championship on Saturday.

The Aviators completed a memorable season marked by consistency, determination, and overwhelming fan support at Las Vegas Ballpark. With the PCL title secured, the team will face the International League champion in a single, winner-take-all game to decide the top team in Minor League Baseball.

This marks another milestone for professional baseball in Las Vegas and a chance to capture the Aviators’ first Triple-A National title since moving to Las Vegas Ballpark.

A teenage suspect tied to the Scattered Spider hacking group has surrendered in Las Vegas. Federal and local investigators say he faces charges including identity theft, extortion, and unlawful computer acts linked to 2023 casino cyberattacks.

The Clark County District Attorney is seeking to have him tried as an adult.

Every night off the streets makes a difference. Thanks to a $7,500 grant from WaFd Bank Foundation, HELP of Southern Nevada is providing 81 extra shelter nights at the Shannon West Homeless Youth Center.

This support means homeless youth in crisis do not have to wait for program-specific beds—they can get help immediately.

HELP of Southern Nevada provides safe shelter, food, health and wellness services, education, job assistance, and access to mental health programs.
