The Buchanan-Elm Intersection ADA Upgrades project is currently in Phase 2, which includes work on the west side of Buchanan Boulevard (north and south corners of Elm Street). As part of this phase, Elm St westbound is fully closed at Buchanan Blvd. This phase is expected to be completed within the next three weeks. More information in the flyer!

Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) Leak Detection Assistance Program helps homeowners offset the cost of finding a leak at their property. Eligible single-family residential customers who are having difficulty locating a water leak can receive a voucher for the first two hours of detection service up to $250 to be used for professional leak detection services. (The services must be conducted by a participating SNWA-approved Water Smart Plumber. Eligible customers are limited to one voucher per property, per calendar year. The voucher application should be completed by the property owner and is only available to homeowners who have received a leak notification from their water provider.)
