10 habits to start if you’re in your 20s and want a career you actually love

1. Follow your enthusiasm, not just the money
Don’t choose your whole career path based only on what pays the most on paper. You can make so much more money by building around what actually gives you energy.

2. Invest in your skills and personal development
If you don’t know what to invest in, invest in yourself. Spend your money on knowledge, books, courses and coaching.

3. Practice trusting your gut
You’ll always find your way to what you’re supposed to be doing if you stop ignoring the little nudges.

4. Pick goals that stretch your confidence, identity, and capacity.
The point is not just the goal itself. The point is who you become while pursuing it.

5. Get comfortable failing
Failures are part of the process. If you’re not failing at anything, you’re probably still inside your comfort zone.

6. Stop waiting for someone to make you successful
No one is coming to hand you the dream life. You have to decide it’s yours and start moving like it.

7. Treat everything as a rep
Every piece of content, every business move, every awkward attempt, every scary decision — it’s all a rep getting you closer to who you want to be.

8. Work on your internal world as much as your external goals
When you shift internally (your mindset, your beliefs, etc.) your external world naturally starts to shift too.

9. Practice business karma
Treat other businesses, bosses, clients, collaborators, and opportunities how you’d want to be treated.

10. Put your attention on what you want more of
What you focus on expands. Focus on the parts of your career you love. And if you can’t find any yet, start pretending. Be delusional.

Follow if you’re a girl on a mission.

I’m unemployable

So I’m grateful every day that we have a business 😂🙌

Thank goodness I followed my intuition instead of sticking to the path laid out for me.

Do you struggle with being a mom and making time for you and your goals?

05/19/2026

I quit our first business we had together 😅

We would fight so much about everything in the business so I stepped out.

We spent a few years running businesses separately until we realize this one thing. ⬇️

we were more powerful when we combined our efforts towards one common vision

we can achieve more faster

and throughout the years of being together, we realize what our strengths were

and I personally learned to just care a little less 😂

And now we’re working way better together with more harmony.

would you work with your partner? and if you do what are some of the lessons you’ve learned?

Working with my husband is NOT always easy 😂

We see each other at home, then at work, then at home AGAIN!

But luckily there’s no one else id rather build a life & business with 💕

Would you work your partner? If so, what have you learned about it?

I’m embarrassed to admit

how long it’s taking me to learn some of this stuff 😅

I’ve been a content creator for eight years, and I am still learning how to be better.

follow along if your business owner who’s making content and let’s learn together 💕

We built our podcast studio business on accident 😅

And what a happy little accident this was 🙌

because now we find it so fulfilling to help our clients make content so they can follow their dreams too.

If you’re finding yourself in a pickle like we did, maybe it’s so that the best thing that could happen can come

Follow along if you’re building something too, and let’s do this together 💕

We’re spending hours and dollars on something that hasn’t worked yet…

But we’re not gonna throw the towel in on it until we’ve really gave it our best shot.

Because looking back, there’s so many times where I’ve quit too early and thought if I would’ve kept going, it probably would’ve worked.

So if you’re trying something new and you d didn’t get the payoff you thought you would get

Keep going
