If you’re exploring the Las Vegas food scene and want something fresh, customizable, and packed with flavor, Hummus Republic in North Las Vegas deserves a spot on your list. This is Mediterranean comfort food done right. ✅

Their fusion samosas are crispy on the outside, warm and spiced on the inside, and make the perfect starter. I also tried the LIMITED TIME chicken tikka masala bowl, which was rich, creamy, and balanced perfectly with yellow rice, onions, and cilantro. If you know me, you know how much I LOVE chicken tikka masala. This one was one of the best ones I’ve tried 😍 It’s only around for a short time, so don’t wait on this one. 👀

What really sets Hummus Republic North Las Vegas apart is the BYO (build your own) concept. You can mix and match grains, greens, hummus, proteins, and sauces to create something that fits exactly what you’re craving. Plus, their junior bowls make it easy for new guests to explore the menu without going all in right away. 👌🏾

We pulled up to here in Las Vegas and they did NOT miss 😮‍💨🔥 Fresh oysters layered with flavor, premium nigiri that literally melts, citrus-topped rolls, and a whole sake moment that started the night off right. 🍾

We were posted up just minutes from the Strip, eating like the queens we are 👑 I love a sushi spot that respects the fish AND the presentation every dish came out looking like a work of art 🍣

Las Vegas has a ton of sushi options, but this one is right off the strip on flamingo. Perfect to start your night or end it! 👌🏾 Either way you know you can’t go wrong with AYCE sushi 😍
