Looking for a way to beat the Las Vegas summer heat without spending a fortune? Henderson residents and visitors will have several opportunities to enjoy free ice skating this year at the America First Center.
The free community skating sessions are open to skaters of all ages and experience levels. Whether you're stepping onto the ice for the first time or you're an experienced skater, participants are welcome to bring their own skates or rent a pair on-site.
Free skating dates are scheduled throughout the summer and into the fall, giving families, kids, teens, and adults a chance to enjoy one of the coolest indoor activities in Southern Nevada.

⛸ June 17 | 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.⛸ June 27 | 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.⛸ July 1 | 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.⛸ July 11 | 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.⛸ July 25 | 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.⛸ August 2 | 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.⛸ October 3 | 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.⛸ October 6 | 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.⛸ November 21 | 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Advance registration is required, and spots become available approximately three weeks before each event. Organizers encourage participants to register as soon as reservations open, as spaces can fill quickly.
