Happy Channiversary Everyone! 🥳

A year ago today, we posted our first ever FULL Vegas Vlog on our YouTube channel.
Day 1 of the EPIC 3 Week Summer 2025 trip ✈️

[We’re not counting 2024 as that was a bit of a failure to launch, although we do have a throwback feature in the works to tie up the loose ends at some point…]

A heartfelt thank you to every single viewer for joining us over the last 12 months ❤️ for every message, every comment, every new subscriber, every new friend. We appreciate the shared love of this incredible city and can’t wait to see what the next 12 months brings….

A special milestone birthday for Jared. A 10th Vegas trip for Jess. A wedding for a certain someone perhaps…? 🐂💒

Keep your suggestions and recommendations coming, the September trip is almost here and we’re always up for an adventure!

So… I just asked our best friend if he likes our new thumbnails this series…

(Appreciate his honest feedback & will one day kidnap him to Vegas with us for his first ever visit 👍 watch this space)

And he said something about AI magic.
Erm… NO. 🤣

Nothing against AI use etc. (you do you - no judgement will ever come from the Mullarkey camp) but I spend upwards of an hour as the video file uploads to YouTube making these thumbnails on Canva 💭💻

There’s some great intuitive features of the app on Mac to create the little cartoons from uploaded photographs and screenshots 🥰 newly discovered, hence the overuse!

(Jared in the shower is a personal highlight so far, and tiny Godzilla hanging on the side of the Bellagio 😅)

But yeah… it’s part of the experience - hope you’re enjoying the little details!
