Be careful with your words.

Some people are walking around held together by nothing but willpower and a prayer.
You don’t see the nights they cried themselves numb.
You don’t hear the thoughts they’re fighting off just to make it through the day.

One sentence — one careless, sharp, thoughtless sentence —
can be the thing that finally snaps the last thread they’re hanging from.

We all carry wounds we don’t speak on.
We all have chapters we survived that nobody clapped for.
And some folks are one breath away from breaking.

So speak like you understand that.
Move like you know people bleed in silence.
Let your words land soft,
because you never know who’s already on the edge
and who’s praying today isn’t the day they fall.
