Hey, I’m Bridgett! 🌻 Welcome to my little corner of the internet—where faith meets motherhood, and coffee is a love language.

I’m a homeschooling mom of four, wife of 15 years, and a professional snack distributor, crisis negotiator, and referee. I live in Tennessee, love Jesus, and firmly believe that laundry is never truly “done” (just temporarily less awful).

I started this space because, let’s be honest—motherhood is a beautiful, exhausting, emotional rollercoaster where you can go from “Look at my sweet babies” to “Everyone go to bed immediately” in under 10 seconds. And if you’ve ever hidden in the pantry with chocolate just for a minute of peace… we’re basically soul sisters.

Here, you’ll find:
💡 Faith-filled encouragement (because Jesus and caffeine are getting us through).
😂 Mom-life chaos (because sometimes, you just have to laugh so you don’t cry).
🙌 Reminders that you’re doing better than you think (even if the toddler ate crackers off the floor).

So, if you’ve ever whispered “Lord, give me strength” before walking into your kids’ room, you’re in the right place.

Tell me something about YOU in the comments—what’s the funniest thing your kid has ever said? 😂👇

To our baby who went to heaven instead of our arms,

Today was supposed to be your due date. We should be holding you right now, breathing in your tiny, perfect scent, learning the rhythm of life with you in our arms. But instead, we’re here with this picture—the one we took the day we found out you were coming.

I never got to share this photo. It didn’t feel right after we lost you. Only a few close friends ever saw it, because it all ended so soon. It’s not fair. It’s not fair that I never got to watch my belly grow with you. It’s not fair that my body didn’t even realize you were gone. It’s not fair that I had to say goodbye to you in a cold, sterile surgery room instead of holding you in my arms.

This year wasn’t what we planned. It was filled with dreams we never got to see, milestones we never got to celebrate, and a grief that feels impossible to carry.

To the mamas who know this pain—the ones who’ve walked through the silence, the loss, the heartache—I see you. Today, I feel the weight of it with you. It’s okay to be angry. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to let the pain be as big as it needs to be.

Sweet baby, you mattered. You were loved from the moment we saw those two pink lines, and you will always be loved. Today, on the day we were supposed to meet you, I’m holding you in my heart. I always will.

🎄 HAPPY CHRISTMAS 🎄

I hope you feel how important today, Christ’s birth, is. A tiny little person who would grow to be our savior. Someone who would look at you in your brokenness and say “I’ll pay the price for you”. Who will look at the cross and how painful it will be and ask God that if it’s possible, to take this suffering away. And then he will pray-“Yet I want your will to be done, not mine.”

Happy Birthday to the person that will look at me and choose to take my pain and suffering and give me a holy, supernatural peace and joy.

Take a deep breath. You made it through, and that alone is worth celebrating. The magic isn’t in the perfect moments, but in the love you give, even when it feels like you’re barely holding it together. You’re doing great, and I see you.

If you need some extra encouragement this season, join my email list (link in bio) for a little reminder that you’re not alone. 💌

Welcome to my little corner of the internet! ✨

Dear Mama, take heart—you’ve found a place where you are seen, loved, and never alone. This page is here to remind you that even in the chaos and heartache of motherhood, there is hope, beauty, and grace to be found.

I’m Bridgett, a homeschooling mom of four, and I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, different, or like your life isn’t measuring up to the picture-perfect ideals on social media. But here’s the truth: Jesus cares about you—right here, right now, in the middle of the mess. 🙏

On this page, you’ll find encouragement for your heart, practical tips for navigating motherhood, and moments of laughter to help lighten your load. Together, we’ll walk through the joys and challenges, leaning on faith and embracing the beauty of everyday life.

So grab a cup of coffee ☕️ (or reheat the one you’ve already microwaved twice), and let’s do this journey together.

You’re welcome here, just as you are. 🫶

With love,
Bridgett

P.S. If you ever need prayer or a word of encouragement, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to pray for you. ♥️
