This is our 3rd installment of Summer is over. The first was when school started. The 2nd was when meteorological summer ended. The 3rd is today as Labor Day weekend wraps up and the 4th will be when summer equinox ends. There are signs now that we could be seeing a change to a more fall like pattern by then. But before we get there we still have a lot of above normal temps. But today will be near perfection!

So the Telsa guy said this week that we could have over a billion robots in 10 years doing stuff. That’s a staggering number and it seems unrealistic but just a few years ago, I thought we were 20 years away from a driverless car. So perhaps this eerie picture isnt so far fetched after all(except for how much snow is on the road lol if its DC). We seem to be heading towards the Jetsons rapidly

lol why are you showing me a blank map? Well El Niño has already delivered one thing. The promise to subdue hurricane season but we are on a different level now. Quietest start through Labor Day in recorded history and nothing in the pipeline.Not one named hurricane yet in the Atlantic! Good thing page name isn’t Jays tropical Mix!

I think we are done with exciting precip for a while...maybe a long while and I am still not seeing any signs of below normal temps. Maybe we get back to normal temps in a couple of weeks. It dosent mean we wont have some really nice days but the overall pattern is going to support more above normal temps days. Luckily with average temps getting cooler....what used to be 90 would now be 83.
