Fairfax Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Suspect in McDonald’s Assault
The City of Fairfax Police Department is asking for help identifying a man seen in surveillance images tied to an assault and battery case at the McDonald’s on Blenheim Boulevard.
The incident happened just after 1 p.m. on Sunday, November 24, 2025, at the fast-food restaurant located at 3195 Blenheim Blvd. Police say the man in the photos was involved in an altercation inside the restaurant. The nature of the altercation and the extent of injuries have not been publicly disclosed.
The suspect was captured on security cameras wearing a dark hoodie, light-colored pants, and dark shoes. He was seen walking inside the restaurant and near the counter area.
