DUI and Multiple Charges in Traffic Stop

A routine traffic stop for speeding and swerving led to a series of charges after the driver refused to cooperate and tried to flee. Frank Whitestone, 63, of Fairfax was arrested and charged with DUI, Obstructing Justice, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Refusal, Reckless Driving, Driving With a Suspended License, and other violations. He was held until sober at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
