Sandwich Thrown During Assault at 7-Eleven on Jermantown Road

Fairfax City Police responded to the 7-Eleven on Jermantown Road for a reported assault involving a disorderly man.

The complainant told officers that the man threw a sandwich at them.

Driver Arrested for DUI Near Fairfax Boulevard and Chain Bridge Road

Fairfax City Police officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle allegedly commit multiple traffic violations near Fairfax Boulevard and Chain Bridge Road.

Officers stopped the vehicle and identified the driver. Police said their investigation determined the driver was under the influence of alcohol.

Juan Galindo Berrios, 57, of Fairfax, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with driving under the influence.

Galindo Berrios was issued a $1,000 secured bond.

Man Arrested After Returning to Dunkin’ Donuts Property

Fairfax City Police responded to Dunkin’ Donuts for a report of a disorderly individual.

Officers located and detained the man and formally trespassed him from the property at the manager’s request. While officers were still at the scene, police said the man returned to the property.

Jason Bell, 47, of no fixed address, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. He was charged with trespassing and held without bond.
