Water is Sacred. Many of us know this deep within our bones, but but few of us take time to connect to this remembering in a conscious way. We are of the ocean. The waters within our bodies and wombs are pushed and pulled throughout each lunar cycle, just as the waters in the soil ascend and descend with the Full and Dark Moon respectively. Everything we are, everything that sustains us, all of life as we know it, began with the Dance of the Ocean and the Moon.⁣

At the Summer Solstice we dive into the depths of our inner ocean, the place within that holds our creativity and the memories of our ancestors. When we tap into this ancient knowing, we can allow the endless flow of emotions to move through us, cleansing and blessing us mind, body, and spirit. ⁣

⁣
We are living through the Herstorical moment when ALL of us are being asked to wake up to the inequity in the systems that we continue to uphold. This deep, gut-wrenching work brings with it a wide range of emotions that need to be met fully with tenderness, and ultimately released. ⁣

In order for us to SHOW UP as a collective and create long-term systemic change, we need to find safe, sacred spaces to process the intense tides within us. Within these spaces we reaffirm our need to stay grounded through this awakening and enable the inner stillness necessary to KNOW WHAT OUR ROLE IS in this and what action is ours to personally take. ⁣
