Itās day at advanced behavioral health. Living with sucks. But when you have a Team of Doctors and Specialists that actually care about you, you donāt have to fight alone.
My life is a whirlwind of pain and suffering mixed with anxiety and depression. I feel guilty when I have happy moments and my body decides when itās time to take a break and for how long- minutes, hours, days.
Some days are better than others, and itās Ok to Not be Ok. And remember the past is the past, the future isnāt here yet, live in the here and now and do whatever you need to do to make your current you the best you that you can be. Itās okay to love and forgive yourself when you donāt think itās an option.
