Lately, we’ve felt something we can’t help but share…

Peace. Joy. Love.
Not the kind that comes from circumstances going “right,”
but the kind that comes from choosing each other — again and again.

Over the past few months, we’ve been deeply focused on our connection.
Not just as coaches. Not just as parents.
But as two humans who fell in love a long time ago and are still learning how to love each other better every single day.

And the truth is…
this relationship is the most important thing in the world to us.

No external success, no validation, no outcome has ever given us the sense of safety, laughter, or healing that our love does.
We are best friends.
We are business partners.
We are co-parents.
And we are in awe of what we’ve built — not just around us, but within us.

Everything we’ve walked through — every hard conversation, every uncomfortable truth, every tear, every breakthrough — has been worth it.

Because now we get to experience love that runs deeper, feels more, and brings us to life in ways we never imagined.

This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s a thank you to the path.
To the work.
To love — for winning.

And if there’s one thing we hope you remember today, it’s this:

At first glance, this might just look like a regular Easter photo. We are smiling, the sun is out, and everything looks picture-perfect. And in some ways, it is.

But what you can’t see is everything this photo holds — and what it took to get here.

The last few weeks have cracked us wide open. Grief, fear, shame, anger, desire, love, trust — it’s all been there. We’ve been walking through our own winter… one that stripped us down and made us ask the hard questions. Are we still in this? Are we still choosing each other?

Because real love isn’t a one-time yes. It’s choosing — again and again — even when it’s messy, even when it would be easier not to. Sometimes love looks like two people sitting in the dark, unsure of what’s next, but still reaching for each other anyway.

In the background of this photo are tulips — planted the year we got married. Every spring, no matter the winter, they bloom. That’s what this season has felt like. A return. A rising. A quiet reminder that even after the hard, beauty still breaks through.

That second photo — the one from eight years ago — gets me. Two young parents who had no idea what was ahead. The fears. The shame. The fights. The longing to feel chosen, even when it’s hard.

And yet… they also had no idea how strong they’d become. How deep love can go when it’s built through the hard seasons.

Today, sitting in my parents’ front yard with four wild, beautiful kids running around us, I realized — this isn’t just a photo. It’s proof. That we’ve grown. That we’ve stayed. That we’re still showing up.

We’re not perfect. But we’re still choosing.

And honestly? That feels like enough to be proud of

We love. We fight. We learn. We share.

Today on the TGTHR community call we had the best time with some of the most amazing people.

We are all about emotional intimacy right now in the community. It’s what all the men are missing and what all the women want.

See, emotional intimacy requires two people understanding their own personal emotional state and learning how to communicate with their emotions before any type of emotional connection can be found in a partnership.

It is THE MOST IMPORTANT aspect of this human experience to learn. Yet people avoid it.

In the TGTHR Community we are constantly learning and growing how love, communicate, give and receive, along with so much more!

It’s my favorite persons BIRTHDAY!!!!! 🎂 Happy birthday to the man who makes the world a better place.

Matt is the most incredible person. He is kind, easy going, has the biggest heart, and has a way of calling you out on all your bu****it. He is magnetic and just overall a light in this world. He plays big and is the best dad in the world.

Thanks for not letting me push you away and being the most beautiful mirror to me. I love you more than you’ll ever know. I don’t know how I got so lucky to do this journey with you.

Hi! We’re so glad you’re here.✨

We were living a life that looked perfect on the outside.

Good jobs. Healthy kids. Smiling photos that told the world everything was fine.

But underneath the surface, we were lost- Struggling silently with addiction, self-doubt, and the weight of unspoken pain.

It almost cost us everything.

It wasn’t until we hit rock bottom that we finally started facing the hard stuff—individually at first, and then together.

What we learned changed everything.

We realized that real growth happens in our relationships, where our deepest patterns and fears are reflected back to us.

It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it.
