And yes… the Bad Mamma Jamma is TIRED. 😂

These empty boxes are basically my trophies at this point. 🏆📦

The kitchen is cleaned. The feet are done. The brain has officially left the building. 🫠

BUT… that apple butter is DONE. 👀🍎
And if you’ve been waiting for the much-anticipated Apple Butter drop… the wait is almost over. 🔥

Now somebody hand me a snack and don’t ask me to do anything productive for the rest of the night. 😂

One case of apples went into the kitchen… and came out as OVER 3 GALLONS OF APPLE BUTTER + 1 GALLON OF SPICED APPLE JUICE. 😳🍎

And apparently, the anticipation is REAL because a wait list has already started for this batch. 👀

The much-anticipated Apple Butter Drop is coming, Jam Fam. 🫶🍎

We’ve been keeping this one under our lids for a little while… 👀

Canning Kitchen Co. is officially BACK IN A STORE FRONT! 🥹🍓🏠✨

Coming Fall 2026, you’ll be able to find the FULL Canning Kitchen Co. lineup in our very own booth at Blossom and Rust Marketplace! 🎉

That means all your favorite:

🍐 Fruit butters

🍫 Brownie & cookie mixes

…and all the seasonal goodies we inevitably get ourselves into. 😂

BUT… because apparently jam wasn’t enough chaos for one booth… 👀

🍇🚨 THE SECRET IS OUT, JAM FAM! 🚨🍇

You’ve been asking. We finally made it happen.

✨ MUSCADINE GRAPE JELLY ✨

This one is a little different from your typical grape jelly. We’re using muscadine grapes — the grape of the South — to make a rich, old-fashioned grape jelly with that unmistakable muscadine flavor. And honestly? It puts Welch’s to shame. 😏🍇

This started as a test batch, but after hubby tasted the homemade juice and gave it his immediate approval, I had a feeling we were onto something. Then the jelly came together… and yep. We have a new Jam Fam favorite on our hands. 💜

🍇 BUT — this one is seasonal!
Muscadines have a short window, which means this flavor will only be around while we have the grapes to make it. Once they’re gone, they’re gone until next season.

🎃✨ The Canning Kitchen is taking a little magical detour! ✨🎃

We’re stepping away from the kitchen for a few days to chase some Disney magic… 👀🏰🐭

We’ll be back in the kitchen September 14th and ready to get back to the jars!

🫙 Online orders are still open! Orders placed while we’re away will ship out the following Tuesday.

Until then, we’ll be trading canning pots for castle views, questionable amounts of snacks, and maybe a pair of mouse ears. 😉✨

👀 A little test batch is happening at Canning Kitchen Co. 👀

This one has been HIGHLY requested, so we finally had to give it a shot. Right now, we’re tasting the homemade juice that will eventually become something very delicious. 🍇🤫

Hubby gave the juice a taste and immediately approved, so I’m already feeling pretty confident this one is going to be a Jam Fam favorite—and dare I say, better than Welch’s. 😏

That’s all I’m saying for now… no spoilers! 👀

Today we’re celebrating the long weekend, the hard work, and everyone out there hustling to make their dreams happen. ❤️

Including the small-batch canner who somehow thought, “I should turn all this fruit into jam” was a reasonable life choice. 😂🍓
