I’m Will Chambers, and I make music that comes straight from where I’ve been, what I’ve seen, and what I believe. I’m not chasing trends or trying to fit into a box—I just tell the stories the best way I know how. Some folks know me through the Creek Turns Red albums and the story of Cyborg Sam, which started as a simple idea and grew into something bigger than I expected. It’s part music, part storytelling, and part of me working out what it means to fight, endure, and keep faith when the world feels like it’s burning down. But I also write songs that are closer to the heart. These two songs are almost 100% true to life: Addict Eyes is about a personal battle with temptation and weakness. There She Stayed (all 10+ versions) came from a place of love, reconciliation, and those quiet moments that mean everything. I’m not a polished star, I’m just somebody who writes and creates from the soul—mixing country, rock, rap, gospel, whatever it takes to get the feeling across. Every song I put out is a piece of me, and if it connects with somebody else, then it’s worth it. At the end of the day, I just want the music to be honest and hopefully be as therapeutic for someone else as it has been for me. That’s all I’ve ever aimed for.
