We only had about 90-minutes to pull off two different scenes at 6 ads, but the team really came through - especially the G/E team who really ran with this one!

New Project we worked on with !
The first day we went on our location scout we were absolutely blown away by the size of the venue. On top of that, the amount of opportunity this is going to give soccer players in Montgomery County/Philadelphia is enormous. If you’re looking for a place to train and grow, check them out!
We’re just about a week into 2021! Have you planned out your content strategy for the new year?
If so, how are you utilizing video this time around? If you haven’t thought about that yet, you should! In 2020, 81% of businesses used video as a marketing tool — up from 63%. By 2022, online videos will make up more than 82% of all consumer internet traffic.
Statistics aside, the one thing you need to know is that video isn’t going anywhere. It’s an always on salesperson. Whether it’s a branding video, testimonials, or product demonstrations, utilizing video will allow you to constantly keep in touch with potential customers.
With all that being said, we’re here to help with whatever content you’re looking to create this year! 🎥
So happy to be a part of this project with Marco Alejandro. From mid-summer to October, we had the opportunity to document a handful of members at CrossFit MFP. We got the best of both worlds. Documenting athletes, getting to hear some amazing stories, and hearing the reasoning behind why these individuals show up to class every day. Doesn't get much better than that!
What a year it’s been. No matter how we categorize 2020, it’s been filled with wins, losses, growth, setbacks, late nights, and most of all, coffee. Lots of coffee. Looking at you Johnson Hall Coffee House
It’s too easy to reminisce on the past 12 months and identify all the bad, so here’s our recap of all the good. From working with amazing brands that are changing the world to connecting with new teammates and creating unforgettable moments and memories, we’re thankful for the year we’ve had.
Huge thank you to everyone that’s worked with us this year. We can’t wait to take on 2021 with all of our new & old friends.
Marco has one heck of a story that not too many people know about. What’s so cool about this one is that we were able to see where Marco came from, and what shaped him into who he is today - all within about a minute. Marco’s story and history directly correlate with how he runs CrossFit MFP⠀

“We’re all sweating together”. Can’t get enough of this line we caught during our interview with Shannon and Lauren. After working with for the last year, the biggest thing I’ve learned is that it doesn’t matter who you are, or what you do - as soon as you step into Crossfit MFP none of it matters because everyone's putting in the effort and sweating together.

When we hear the word “community” we should be also be thinking about the concept of “commonality”. When people come together for a common mindset and common goal, there is a bond that can never be broken no matter what sexuality, race, age, gender or abilities/disabilities. 🌈🤝✊🏽💪🌍

At CrossFit MFP we value the ability to promote the definition of diversity, equality and inclusion to our members. This brings us to the story of Lauren and Shannon. 📖

What most members know is that Lauren and Shannon are extremely hard working, coachable and committed to the process at MFP. Both have backgrounds in athletics and they were able to use CrossFit as an outlet to give them purpose to their physical potential and bring back the team atmosphere that they loved most while playing sports.🏉🏐

What members may not have known is that they have been together for almost 4 years. Their story is simple yet provides value for us all to gain perspective. Lauren and Shannon were our first MFP members that we knew were of the LGBTQ community. Immediately upon walking through our doors they felt the welcoming, warm and positive vibes we provide to anyone and everyone. When we learned they were together nothing changed nor should change, but this does allow our community an opportunity to become more diverse, equal and inclusive❤️

What is important to learn is that we can impact the way we feel about others and ourselves by:

1️⃣Being a positive,open minded and a welcoming person/group of people.

2️⃣Using fitness as a positive tool to change peoples lives and provide commonality. 💦

3️⃣Understanding sexuality should never be an issue. At CrossFit we have an opportunity to expand our outreach due to our character and purpose.

This was a blast. Earlier this week we premiered our dance film which includes the very talented Ashley Hillis. With a dancer like Ashley and a space such as this one at Maximalist Studios, it's hard for this to not be one of our favorite pieces we've created.

About a month into COVID, David and I started talking about what kind of story we could capture that would instill hope and inspiration into our community. It didn't take long for Marco's name to come up.
After meeting Marco last Fall, it was immediately obvious that he had the motivation and mindset like no other, but after sitting down and talking with him about his own obstacles, it's even more amazing to see how far he's come.
We're beyond excited to share "Opportunity in Obstacles".
About a month into COVID, David and I started talking about what kind of story we could capture that would instill hope and inspiration into our community. It didn't take long for Marco's name to come up.

In January we had the pleasure of working with our friends at Primelife Research to create a few videos for their product, Prime Flow. It was such a blast working with the Primelife team as well as all the athletes in the video. We cannot wait to make more content like this!
