Warranty/replacement details- If for any reason your product is defective upon receipt (does not include shipped items) please contact me for replacement/credit. Please read below.
--*Vinyl Decal T-Shirts- If the Vinyl should loosen or lift at any time, please bring it back and I will repress it and if necessary, replace it free of charge. These items should not be bleached or laundered in hot water, however they can be tumble dried, remove promptly.
--*Vinyl Window Decals- Although this is permanent vinyl, it will weather over time due to being exposed to the elements or improper placement. These items are guaranteed for 1 year after purchase date, depending on the defect. I'm not responsible for for natural weathering such as mildew spots on the vinyl due to moisture as this is known to happen over time. It is usually easily removed with an alcohol wipe but will reappear after time due to moisture.
--*Sublimated License Plates- Even though the Sublimation gas that adheres to the surface of the plate is permanent & UV protected, slight fading may occur over time. Chipping, dings, and such are not covered due to the location of the plate. IF you have an issue with your plate within the first year, please contact me for further assistance.
--*Sublimated T-Shirts- Like any item containing Ink, these items will fade slightly after the first wash but should remain colorful throughout the life of the shirt. Sublimated shirts can be washed but should not be dried in the dryer because the heat "may" release some of the ink. If you should have any issues, please let me know.
