Pandemic I put on weight and was 263.....Planning my renewal I said I gotta lose weight I can't get myself to 300 lbs after having my amazing journey of losing from 432 lbs. I got down to 238 lbs when I started my journey with a personal trainer then I had a mental breakdown and fell into a depression then gained 12 lbs. I had a real conversation with myself and finally admitted to my wife and close friends VaySean Edwards-Jones Natasha Mosley Sharonda Watson no one can save me but me and regained purpose and control. I got on the scale today and now I'm 2 lbs away from my original weight loss. I want to thank my wife Stormii Knights and my amazing friends but most of all Max Pushmax Reese for the encouragement and keeping me accountable with positive words. You need to put Life Coach on ur resume....My journey is just beginning....
