So last week, I went to the Spectrum store on Harbison Boulevard to pick up a cable box ￼that included Wi-Fi. The clerk was very nice, we had great conversation our business transaction was complete and I left… I was not wearing a mask. ❌😷❌
I just brought my old￼ Cable box back to the same location, the door was locked even though they were opened. The woman came to the door, let me come in about 6 feet and then said where is your mask? I said I can’t wear one as she asked me to step back outside the door… I said I was only dropping off my cable box. She said go get a mask and then you can come in. I ￼ ask if I could just give her the box and my name and she could do the transaction and then bring me out my receipt. She said no, I had to have a mask on to bring the box in so they could complete the transaction and print my receipt...??!!
I told her that made no sense and she said I could go to the UPS store down the road and mail it back! 😳 When I asked what the address was to mail it to she said they have a contract with them, they know the address. ￼😤
I just left the grocery store (Publix), was not hassled and did not have a mask on, everything was fine…￼ 🍓🥒🥑🥦
I don’t mind following the rules but this has clearly proven to be a Control issue when you take into consideration the facts that are available.... 🇺🇸❤️🙏🏼￼
